Oops…You May Have Been Caught
Nothing like trying to hit up new places in Dallas, so we can avoid the mushroom clouds that usually occur at the West Village. Last night Lisa, Wes, and Craig all head to The Belmont Hotel to try out the bar and look for possible networking opportunities.
Craig walked by the bar and headed to use the restroom. Before he could even get in the door, he looks at Lisa and says, “We have to leave immediately. Now!”
Lisa is so confused and keeps asking what mushroom cloud is about to occur here at this random hotel bar in OakCliff. Lisa, Wes, and Craig immediately run out the door and jump back in the car since the valet hasn’t even had a chance to park it.
As it turns out, one of Craig’s bitches has a girlfriend who is married, and the married friend’s husband happens to be sitting at the bar….with another woman.
Now I will say that no one saw any making out, but I can tell you this…it definitely did not look like a business meeting with the body language that was going on.
It was either cheating or a very good lawsuit for two colleagues. So note to those cheaters or inappropriate colleague: the Belmont is not safe anymore unless you just get a room and stay there all night long.
